ESDAŞ was established in 1991 as a joint venture of HAVELSAN – Turkey, and ELEKLUFT GmbH – Germany to provide logistics and engineering support to the Air Defense Systems.

Since the foundation date of 1991, ESDAŞ has been providing engineering and logistics support to the Air Defense Radar Systems in country and at other NATO countries under the contract signed with NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA).

ESDAŞ has been providing Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) Test Program Set Development (TPS) as Source of Repair (SoR) for NATO AWACS Program under the contracts signed with NATO AWACS Program Management Agency (NAPMA), NAMSA, and IAMCO, subcontractor of NATO AWACS Program Maintenance/Repair affairs. ESDAS is a sole Source of Repair for over 400 different avionics units for NATO AWACS Aircrafts across Europe.

ESDAŞ, a medium sized and dynamic company has successfully completed many different installation, design and mass production projects for many domestic and foreign customers from military and civilian sectors with its highly qualified engineering/ design capability and experience long lasting experience.

ESDAS’s headquarter is located in Gölbaşı – Ankara and has 4000 m2 closed area. 3000 m2 is “300.000 Class” environmentally controlled area and has the self-control of polution and air conditioning. ESDAS holds National and NATO Facility Security Certificates and Crypto Clearance. All personnel hold NATO and National Secret Clearance.

Design and R&D division is located in the Gazi University Techno park Campus.
