Software Design


ESDAŞ developes the softwares in accordance with the customer requirements by modern software development technics and equipment. Software development contains the stages of design, coding, test/ integration and documentation.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design:

ESDAŞ designs the PCBs with borehole / surface mounted components according to the customers requirements by using up-to date design and simulation software, including multi-layer and flexible printed circuit options. Under the extensive and long term engineering experience, PCBs are designed in accordance with international military and industrial standards; heat transfer controlled, operate in high-shock and noisy environmental conditions, resistant and compatible to the electronic jamming.

Mechanical and Environmental Design:


All mechanical designs are performed and documented with 3D modeling method and using CAD techniques.

ESDAŞ has the capability for mechanical design and testing to meet the environmental requirements in international military and industrial standards.

Since 1992, ESDAŞ has developed many Test Program Sets (TPS) by using different ATEs and has extensive experience on all levels of avionics systems (system, LRU or SRU) as well as TPS post-production (functional test), maintenance (error detection/identification at component level) test and cabling.

ESDAŞ TPS Capabilities are:
